I'm an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor and I've mastered in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Digestion. My hope is to remind you that your body is wise and wants to heal.
For me, Ayurveda explained how to live in a way I always knew, but had fallen away from. It was like I forgot how to live in tune with nature. When I learnt what I need to bring my mind and my body back to balance I felt better than I have in a very long time. While I was doing this course I had an aha moment. I couldn't believe that no one had ever taught me this before. It's such a basic concept. I will never look at my food and drinks the same way ever again. After discovering these very basic teachings, everything makes so much sense. My life is different now. I know how to eat for my body-mind type. I don't count calories or do anything extreme anymore and I'm more balanced than ever.
