My name is Kristina

I'm an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor and I've mastered in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Digestion. My hope is to remind you that your body is wise and wants to heal.

For me, Ayurveda explained how to live in a way I always knew, but had fallen away from. It was like I forgot how to live in tune with nature. When I learnt what I need to bring my mind and my body back to balance I felt better than I have in a very long time. Now, my life is filled with joy and peace; and my body moves without pain or dis-ease.
